Frequently Asked Questions

  • Your order cannot be cancelled once you check out. However, you can cancel the order when you receive a verification call from our Customer Service.
  • You can also cancel your order by calling our helpline at 0340-1111909
  • To track your order, you need to click on the “Track Your Order” button available at the bottom of web page.
  • Once the “Track Your Order” button is clicked, you will be directed to the page where you need to enter the Order ID and Billing Email
  • The “Track” button will direct you to “My Account” page where you can get information about the current status of your placed order
  • You can also track your order by calling our helpline 0340-1111909
Registering at Afzal Corporation is a simple:
  • Click on the “Login/Register” at the top right corner of Afzal Corporation website
  • Enter your email address and a password
  • Hit the “Login” button.
  • Kindly note that you don’t need to register if you want to shop as a guest user.
Following are the steps to place an order successfully:
  • You can shop by clicking the “Add to Cart” button appearing at the end of each product.
  • By clicking “Add to Cart”, the product will be automatically added to the cart. You can view the cart by clicking the Cart icon appearing at the top right corner of the web page.
  • By clicking “View Cart”, you can see the cart and make appropriate changes related to the quantity of the product. You can either update it or Proceed to Checkout.
  • Once clicking the “Proceed to Checkout”, you’ll be directed to a page where you are required to fill in all the Billing Details necessary to dispatch your order. After completing the requirements, click “Place Order” button.
  • In the case you are shopping as a guest user, you can simply buy the desired product(s) through “Add to Cart” by following the above steps. Kindly note that you don’t need to register if you want to remain as a guest user.
  • You will receive an email/SMS of sales invoice which verifies that we have received your order
  • Your order will be confirmed via phone call by our Customer Service and then processed for delivery
  • You will be provided with a tracking ID in order to keep a track of your order. Domestic orders normally take 1 – 3 days
  • If you have not received your product within the specified period of time, you can contact our call center by dialing 0340-1111909 or e-mail us at support@afzalcorp.com.pk with your order ID.
You can pay through the following payment methods:
  • COD (cash on delivery)
  • Credit Card
  • Bank Transfer
Above payment methods will be given during checkout. However, cash on delivery option can be availed only in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
  • If you haven’t received a sales invoice via email within an hour it means your order hasn’t been successfully placed.
