Shipping Policy

  • Afzal Corporation offers a standard and transparent shipping policy for orders you place at Afzal Corporation online store. Experience the best and secure online shopping with no hidden charges.
  • Reasonable shipping charges are applied to the purchases made throughout Pakistan.
  • Each order is delivered with care – in a condition that satisfies our customers, and on the date promised by our Customer Support representative.
  • All orders are accurately shipped at the address specified while placing the order. (To place orders for different destinations, kindly place multiple orders.)
  • Orders are shipped on weekdays from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • For in-stock appliances, after order verification, your order should be processed and shipped within 24 hours for Islamabad city and within 3-5 working days for orders from all across Pakistan.
  • Note: during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

At Afzal Corporation, our goal is simple: We want to give you a true experience of care and comfort. You may return appliances purchased online within 14 days of receipt of your order, provided it has not been used or damaged, and is retained in its original packing.

Appliances purchased at the outlet will only be returned or exchanged at the outlet.


In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

  • The appliance must be unused.
  • Appliance must not fall under return exceptions.
  • All returned appliances should be sent in their original condition along with all packaging and the original box. Please note that in case of damage in packaging and/or box we reserve full right to not accept a product for refund payment or return.
  • If your purchase was eligible for gift-with-purchase promotion, please ensure that the gift is sent back together with the returned appliance.

Please note that we will send back any return appliances that do not fulfill all conditions.


Final clearance and sale items are not eligible for return.

Shipping charges are not covered by Afzal Corporation.


Your refund equal to the purchase amount will be credited in the same mode as the payment in 30 business days, after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Processing time varies seasonally.



If you receive an appliance that was damaged during shipment, contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of receipt of order at 051 2344000. Please have your order number, appliance number and tracking number ready.

Before accepting your order, thoroughly inspect the carton and the contents for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage to your product(s) did occur, follow these steps:

  • If the damage is minor, accept the package but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records. Contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible by calling 051 2344000.
  • If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our Customer Support team immediately by calling 051 2344000.

We will make every reasonable effort to reorder the appliance or credit your purchase in a timely manner. At this time exchanges are not possible and a new order will need to be placed.
